Eric Gronholz has been shaping Salesforce solutions at Demand Chain since 2002, bringing more than 30 years of technology consulting experience to his role as Managed Services Lead. Named Practice Lead of the Platform Commitment team in 2021, Eric leads and mentors consultants while aligning resourcing and strategy to exceed client and company goals. With a passion for solving complex challenges, Eric works alongside clients to strengthen platform stability, optimize resource utilization, and ensure Salesforce investments deliver long-term business value.

• Youngest of 5 kids – oldest brother lives in Italy.

• I can juggle (only 3 balls, working on 4).

• My in-laws worked in funeral service and I help work a funeral once.
