Mike Paradis

Mike Paradis is a nationally recognized entrepreneur known for his expertise in business-to-business sales, marketing, service excellence and channel management. As a consultant, Mike worked with Cargill for 10 years on customer-centric projects and formed a partnership with Cargill’s founding family, the MacMillans, who shared his vision for creating the first consulting services company (BenNevis) dedicated solely to increasing the growth and profitability of businesses by providing a strategic customer-centric framework. As a natural extension of that CRM strategy work, Mike founded Demand Chain in 2001 to focus exclusively on CRM implementations. Initially platform agnostic, Demand Chain is now dedicated to the Salesforce CRM platform. As one of the Midwest region’s premier Salesforce Partners, Demand Chain has successfully completed over 1,000 projects, helping hundreds of customers drive better business results through customizing their Salesforce platform.

Mike was previously executive vice president of GE’s Customer Relationship Solutions Division, where he helped build and lead their CRM system integration organization of 80 consultants.

Lance Bruner
President & COO

Lance has served in senior leadership roles at major Salesforce partners, including Slalom and Perficient. For over a decade, he has led highly complex business/IT strategy, digital transformation, Agile transformation, product strategy, systems implementation, business transformation, and software selection initiatives for Fortune 100 & 500 organizations. In addition, Lance co-founded and ran a Salesforce consultancy in recent years.

Andy Moldenhauer
VP of Customer Engagement

Andy has 25+ years of deep CRM experience, including five years at Salesforce and over a decade as the primary customer of Salesforce at 3M–one of the world’s largest and most respected manufacturing companies.

As a Salesforce Enterprise Software Engineer, Andy was a highly successful pre-sales engineer and business advisor. He specialized in rapid solution prototyping to enable understanding of solution benefits and value realization. At 3M, he served as Director of Global CRM. He designed and deployed Salesforce CRM across 3M’s 27,000 users in 83 countries. He managed a global CRM support organization of 70+ CRM admins, business advisors, and product owners. He also served as a highly visible Ambassador for Salesforce, including speaking at Dreamforce, being featured in Salesforce videos, and serving as a key member of several industry advisory boards and product development teams.

Andrew Neilson
Vice President of Sales

Andrew has spent the last ten years helping companies realize value from their investment in the Salesforce platform. After spending five years working for Salesforce, he has been focused on consulting, implementing, and integrating Salesforce solutions – bringing an experienced-based perspective to transforming the “lead-to-cash” lifecycle.


Jenn Carlson
Director of Talent & Culture

Jenn has nearly 20 years of strategic Human Resources experience, including seven years at Target Corporation. Jenn is a driven leader with expert knowledge in recruitment, employee relations, leadership and employee development. Jenn has been an adjunct professor at local universities for the past 8 years, where she teaches classes in Business Communication, foundational Human Resource Management, and Professional Branding.

Jenn has a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and is doubly certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Jenn is an active member of local and national Human Resources and staffing organizations.

Tim Dupont
General Manager – Delivery

Tim brings his knowledge, experience, and energy to our Delivery team. He joined us from Magnet 360 and has been in the Salesforce ecosystem for the last 15 years. His passion is delivery, development, and high-performing, highly engaged teams. Tim has knowledge across multiple industries and businesses. His experience spans both understanding business and IT needs.

Amanda Meyer
Alliance Director – Salesforce

Amanda has 10+ years of extensive Salesforce experience in Salesforce Administrator and Sales Operations capacities at Medica and Lifetouch. In her role at Demand Chain, she is responsible for growing and deepening our Salesforce partnership to the benefit of our clients.
