Mike Paradis | Founder & Chairman
Mike is a recognized entrepreneur with a proven track record in B2B strategy, marketing, sales, relationship management, and product development. He began his career at GE, where he spearheaded the growth of the CRM division. His work at GE included consulting for Cargill on key customer-centric strategies and initiatives, which led to building a trusted relationship with the MacMillans, a founding family of Cargill. This partnership led to the collaborative founding of BenNevis, a consulting services company with a customer-centric framework dedicated to increasing growth and profitability. BenNevis would soon lead to the founding of Demand Chain [Systems] as a technology partner business focused exclusively on CRM implementations. In 2007, under Mike’s leadership and vision, Demand Chain absorbed BenNevis, becoming the full-life cycle business & technology consulting organization it is today with a lasting legacy of client success and exceptional customer experiences through innovative technological solutions.
Jenn Carlson | Chief of Staff
Jenn brings more than 15 years of experience spanning human resources, corporate communications, and talent development, with a people-first approach to building high-performing teams and enabling organizational success. She has held leadership roles at Xede Consulting Group, Target, and RoobooHR. Known for bridging strategy and execution, she thrives on solving complex challenges, building strong relationships, and fostering a collaborative culture. At Demand Chain, Jenn plays a critical role in advancing internal operations, guiding change initiatives, and ensuring teams are empowered to deliver meaningful results.
Micah Johnson | Chief Operating Officer
Micah brings over five years of direct experience in Salesforce development and managed services leadership. With six Salesforce certifications, he excels in delivering innovative solutions and driving client success. Micah’s background includes roles in software sales and customer success at Oracle and Grainger, where he developed a strong blend of technical and business acumen.
Kevin Johnson | Director, Delivery Lead
Kevin brings over 25 years of consulting and technology experience to his role as Delivery Lead. A long-standing leader at Demand Chain and within the Salesforce ecosystem, Kevin combines technical depth with business acumen to align business processes with technology. His expertise spans solution architecture, delivery leadership, process improvement, and systems integration, ensuring every engagement is executed with efficiency, scalability, and compliance. Kevin has led cloud-based implementations for countless organizations, while mentoring teams and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and measurable outcomes.
