It is with profound sadness that we share the news of the unexpected passing of our beloved teammate and friend, Carrie Lee Anderson, on July 1, 2025.

Carrie was truly a force of nature—fire, light, humor, and fierce grit wrapped in incredible brilliance and wry wit. She left an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to know her, and her absence is felt deeply by her family, friends, teammates, and the countless lives she touched. Her radiant presence lit up every room she entered, virtual or otherwise. Always effortlessly stylish with her signature sunglasses perched on her head, no matter what the weather. Carrie was unapologetically herself at all times.

As a Delivery Lead at Demand Chain, Carrie was a strategic powerhouse, seamlessly bridging the gaps between technical and business stakeholders, in order to bring Salesforce solution goals to life. Her technical prowess was matched only by her dedication to process improvement, data organization, and empowering teams to achieve more. Her ability to make complex work seem effortless was an extraordinary gift. The term most often described to her: exceptional at “wrangling cats.”

Carrie was also a leader and advocate within the Salesforce ecosystem, serving as the co-leader of the Twin Cities user group for a decade. She was passionate about helping others find their place in the Salesforce community, and she had a gift for developing talent and helping people see their own potential.

Her light shone brightest in her personal life. Carrie leaves behind her cherished son, Chase, and devoted husband, Jason, along with a menagerie of pets, whom she adored. She was a tireless advocate for animals and the vulnerable. Her love for them was boundless, and her home reflected a full, abundant life well-lived.

There are no words big enough to capture the magic of Carrie Anderson. She was and will always be unforgettable. We will miss her every single day and will forever carry her spirit with us.
Carrie, thank you for everything.
