With the addition of five external appointees, the full board consists of six people with unique and complementary skills and experience. Mike Paradis (Board Chair) – Demand Chain, Founder & CEO
Key Focus: Customer Strategy & Innovation
Mike is a nationally recognized entrepreneur known for his expertise in B2B sales, marketing, service excellence and channel management. While working for GE to build and lead a new CRM division, Mike and his team worked with Cargill – on customer-centric initiatives. They partnered closely with Waycrosse, the holding company of Cargill, to design and build an innovative information distribution platform for shareholder financials. Through this effort, Mike formed a close partnership with a Cargill founding family, the MacMillan’s. Members of the family shared his vision for creating the first consulting services company, BenNevis, in 2001, dedicated to increasing the growth and profitability of businesses by providing a strategic customer-centric framework. Demand Chain was created as the technology arm to focus on CRM technology implementations. Recognized as a premier Salesforce Partner, Demand Chain has completed nearly 2,000 engagements, becoming a trusted advisor to hundreds of customers throughout the world by transforming their businesses with CRM consulting and technology. Mike received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Management, Finance and Economics from St. Cloud State University.
Steve Snyder – CEO, Schuman Cheese

Steve has served in leadership roles (CEO, President, COO, board member) for a range of companies for nearly 25 years. He is currently CEO of Schuman Cheese—an $800mm specialty cheese company based in New Jersey. He also founded and has maintained a successful corporate growth and business consulting practice for the past 5 years, including strategy work at Demand Chain. Prior to that, Steve lead organizations in industries as diverse as specialty cheeses (Whitehall Specialties, Inc.), food safety testing (Neogen), and biotech (Senomyx). Earlier experience included extended stints at Fortune 500 companies Cargill and Monsanto. Steve has a BA in chemistry, and an MBA degree from Harvard University.
Scott Anderson – President/Owner RevenueForce LLC
Key Focus: Sales Effectiveness & Coaching
Scott is the founding principal at RevenueForce LLC. He is co-author of the book Reignite-How to Rekindle your Passion for Selling. He has spent his entire career leading, training and coaching sales team to performance improvement. He has worked with some of the world’s best sales organizations including Danaher, Salesforce, Change Healthcare, UnitedHealth Group, Andersen Windows, Wells Fargo, The Hartford and numerous private equity firms. He was a signature contributor to The Huffington Post, is a seasoned speaker and authored numerous articles on sales effectiveness. Scott received his Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State – Mankato in Communications, Sociology and Business Administration.
Shana Finnegan – Principal, RITE Advisory
Key Focus: Leadership Coaching/Development & Change Management
As a seasoned executive business leader, Shana developed and honed a broad skillset that includes digital and business transformation, acquisitions, business integrations, change management, and corporate turnarounds resulting in long-term value and growth. These were developed through COO, CSO and other leadership roles in industries as diverse as SaaS and consulting solutions in the education sector (TIES/Sourcewell), digital transformation solutions (Bswing) agency/consultancy and technology and professional services (Xerox, Loffler, Gartner). She is committed to creating people-focused cultures that inspire innovative thinking and differentiated solutions in an environment where divergent thinking is encouraged. Shana received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Dave Magnani – Co-Managing Partner, M&A Executive Search
Key Focus: Leadership Recruitment & Organizational Growth
Through a career spanning 30+ years, Dave has demonstrated a consistent ability to grow various professional services organizations. More recently, Dave’s career has focused on aligning clients with highly experienced business executives with requisite skills as a Managing Partner at M&A Executive Search. His career includes years of increasing P&L responsibility in B2B and start-up businesses, plus years of strategy and operational consulting experience (including 5 years with McKinsey & Company) in a broad number of industries. Dave earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master’s in Management degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Ben Oehler – President – Bashaw Group; Founding partner – Windward Mark LLC

Ben has been a professional advisor to owners of businesses and philanthropic organizations for over 30 years. From 1999 to 2007 he served as the President and CEO of Waycrosse, Inc., advisor to the owners of Cargill Incorporated, one of the largest private companies in the world. He completed work at Waycrosse in 2007 and founded a consulting firm which morphed into Bashaw Group, Inc. – a strategic advisor to privately owned businesses wrestling with the complex and inter-locking concerns of financial strategy, capital structure, liquidity, governance, education, and philanthropy. Ben received his Bachelors of Arts Degree from the University of Minnesota.

For over 30 years, he’s provided executive-level advice and solutions to a wide range of companies. Areas of expertise include transaction planning and implementation; tax due diligence; tax rate mitigation; treasury planning; capital structure, liquidity, governance, ASC 740 (accounting for income tax). He is an accomplished tax advisor who has demonstrated abilities to develop and implement tax plans. Chad received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Master’s degree in Taxation from the University of Minnesota.
Andy Moldenhauer – VP Customer Engagement, Demand Chain
Key Focus: Strategic Customer Engagement
Andy is recognized as a CRM-thought leader; led 3M’s design & deployment of Salesforce for 27,000 users in 89 countries. Experienced change leader with deep domain knowledge & experience engaging stakeholders from C-Suite to functional heads. Five years as a Salesforce Enterprise Engineer. Andy earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Andy is Salesforce MVP (one of only 250 in the world) and is considered one of the top technical/Solution Architect resources in the Salesforce ecosystem. He has 25+ years’ experience and holds over 20x Salesforce Certifications. He has an innate ability to take complex requirements, create a simplified/streamlined architectural approach, and communicate solutions.
